SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • All play areas are best suited for children ages 5 and under.

  • All children must be supervised.

  • No shoes or sandals should be worn inside of bounce house, on play mats, soft play equipment or inside of ball pit.

  • Socks must be worn at all times.

  • No food, drink, gum or candy in the play area.

  • Direct sunlight can make the equipment very hot. We recommend to set up in a well-shaded area or under a tent.

  • All equipment should be kept dry and out of the rain.

                                                    (Specific safety rules are listed in the liability waiver)

DELIVERY & PICK-UP EXPECTATIONS

  • All services will be delivered at the reserved time. 

  • The latest a pick-up can be scheduled is 7:00 PM.

  • Please make us note of  any venue obstacles that may create delivery challenges such as, stairs or small entries.

  • All equipment will be delivered in sound condition. Customers are will inspect and certify products at time of delivery.

  • Please make note of the play area and equipment dimensions. Customers are responsible for having the adequate space to accommodate the services. No refunds will be issued if space is not adequate.

  • The customer will be responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment throughout the event.

  • Play balls must be inside of the applicable set up area as they were delivered. 

 

DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & FEES

  • A $25 booking fee is required to reserve a date. The booking is not applied towards the cost of your services.

  • 100% of the payment is due on the day of your event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, CashApp, and Cash on delivery.

  • Cancellation request will result in a forfeit of booking fee. If this situation arises, the fee will be applied towards a future event. 

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer for damages at a nominal rate up to $300. An invoice will be sent should this situation arise.
