What are your cancellation policies?
Rain - We can weather watch together! If it looks like rain and you have no alternate indoor space to accommodate the playground we will reschedule our services.
WHAT ARE THE SETUP REQUIREMENTS?
Our soft playgrounds require a minimum 10 ft x 10 ft space and can be set up indoors or outdoors.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SETUP A PLAY AREA?
Our set up and removal of the equipment will take about 30 to 45 minutes - this is not included in your booked time. Booking hours are Sunday - Saturday between the hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most cashapp, paypal, major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express via Square.
Is there a delivery fee?
Our package price includes delivery, set-up and pickup. Free delivery within a 30 mile radius from zip code 64119. Otherwise a delivery fee will be charged outside this criteria.
How does delivery & set up work?
We deliver, set-up and breakdown play equipment. We arrive an hour before event and set up soft play equipment. Our set-up and breakdown of equipment will take about 30 to 45 minutes; this is not included in your reserved time. Please take this into account when hosting at a venue. Also ensure easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. Any restrictions (i.e. lack of parking, stairs) must be communicated prior to event. Failure to do so may result in delay in set up.
How do I book my party?
Reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance. Please go to "Contact Us" and complete the form. We will acknowledge availability, and require a $100 refundable payment within 48 hours to secure the date. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled. If booking is less than seven days prior to the event date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
How much space is needed for play zone?
Our Soft Play Equipment requires a minimum space of 10 ft x 10 ft. Please see the requirements listed for each play zone.
What is your policy for damaged products?
Please refer to Bizzy Babies Rental Agreement.
Which package should I reserve?
Always ensure that the Soft Play equipment is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Our Soft Play Equipment can accommodate the following: 10 ft x 10 ft up to 6 toddlers, 10 ft x 16 ft up to 12 toddlers, 16 ft x 16 ft up to 20 toddlers, and 20 ft x 20 ft up to 30 toddlers. The Ball Pool should be limited to 2 children at a time.
Do you set up in parks/outdoors?
Yes. You will need to contact the park in advance to determine the requirements needed to set up. We are insured and can get a certificate if needed. We require 14 days notice for certificate request. A tarp will be be provided, but please make sure the ground is flat, dry and clear from glass and debris.
How often do you clean your Soft Play Equipment?
Every piece of the Soft Play Equipment is washed and sanitized thoroughly after each event. We also do one last wipe down at the beginning of each event. We clean and sanitize the equipment with a blue light fog sprayer and disinfectant antibacterial product, we also have several sets of the pool balls so we are never using the same balls without sanitizing.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Bizzy Babies allows you to cancel or change a reservation up to 3 weeks prior to the event and receive a full refund. For cancellations 2 weeks prior to the event a 50% refund will be returned. Any cancellation 1 week or less will forfeit their money. ($25 Booking Fee non-refundable)
What if it rains?
The Soft Play Equipment will not be set up outdoors if the weather is forecast to rain or strong winds, as it will become slippery and unsafe. Please identify an alternate indoor location BEFORE set-up. We can credit our services for a future event if the weather unexpectedly turns bad on the day of the event and no alternative indoor location has been arranged.
Do you have insurance?
Yes. However, we do point out that it is the renter’s responsibility to ensure that there is a responsible and suitable adult supervision of the equipment and those using it, at all times. Please always consider the appropriate ratio of children on the equipment to the number of adult supervisors assisting them. Bizzy Babies, LLC liability waiver form will need to be signed and returned via email 2 days BEFORE your event date.
